We find out where you are having challenges and determine your greatest strengths. You will be amazed by your newly found self-confidence. Together, we will set realistic goals and work through specific issues that come up during any situation. I coach wherever is most comfortable for you. If you need to save time, I will come to your home or office. Or, we can have the sessions at my location. |

Our coaching relationship will be one of openness and flexibility. For example, if medication is (or isn’t) part of your existing program, then we will make a plan from there based on what you want and need. I act as a resource on current issues in the field and often help those I work with to explore changes to their diet and environment to reduce electro-pollution, EMF and other types of pollutions. Above all, I encourage, support and believe that it is possible for you to have the life that you want. I provide the practical tools to help you get there. |
