As a Ph.D. with ADHD,  I know that the struggle with ADHD is not about desire or being broken. It is not about trying harder—and it is not hopeless. It is about highlighting what you do best and finding ways around the obstacles in our life. We design our coaching together. It may involve many different areas of your life such as work, relationships, family, finances, exercise, nutrition, stress management, social life, time-management, organizational skills.

To keep your level of stress to a minimum, I can do the coaching sessions at your home or office or at my location.

First, I familiarize myself with the way you perceive things and the way you think. I learn how the symptoms and benefits of ADHD play out in your day-to-day life and then I provide encouragement, recommendations, feedback, and practical techniques.
