  It has never been easy to be a teen. With ADHD adolescence can be incredibly difficult. I have been there myself—both as a teen with ADHD and with members of my family. I understand what all of this can do to your self-esteem and your hope for the future.

  When you work with me as your coach, you get to say what is on your mind. You tell me the situation in your life right now—what is working and what is not working. It is my job to learn how you work best and to give you input and suggestions. You get to make decisions. Together we build a system for school, home and social situations that works for you—and that takes advantage of the positive side of ADHD.

    Improving social skills and relationships at school and home

To keep your level of stress to a minimum, I can do the coaching sessions at your home or office or at my location.

First, I familiarize myself with the way you perceive things and the way you think. I learn how the symptoms and benefits of ADHD play out in your day-to-day life and then I provide encouragement, recommendations, feedback, and practical techniques.
